We pride ourselves in having loyal employees. We are currently looking for a highly motivated professional to add to our Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities of Position:

  • Prospect and generate new business
  • Utilize all available resources to develop and identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business
  • Seek out prospective customers / business opportunities with new and existing customers 
  • Complete scheduled and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow up appointments with customer decision makers 
  • Assist customers with problem solving, project layout / design concepts, and project management 
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals / presentations 
  • Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document the outcome 
  • Regularly meet with Sales Supervisor to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
  • Attend industry trade shows or community / business events to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
  • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence  
  • Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner  
  • Maintain a professional / working image in self and work environment  
  • Perform other duties as instructed or required to successfully complete the job

Qualifications / Requirements / Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree and / or 3+ years working in commercial print, marketing and/ or a print related field 
  • 3+ years in Outside Sales Force  
  • Developed knowledge of the industry  
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals 
  • Business to Business Sales Experience  
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills 
  • Proven prospecting, negotiation, and relationship building skills 
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats 
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications 
  • Previous cold calling experience 
  • Must have reliable transportation 
  • A valid driver’s license
